WebPioneers is new. I'd rather say that than fake it.

So instead of made-up stats and stock testimonials, here's a straight offer. The first three Metro Vancouver businesses to work with us get 30% off our published pricing on a website, web app or mobile app. In return, I ask for the things a new studio actually needs: work I can show, and an honest account of what it was like to work with me.

What You Get

• 30% off our published CAD pricing on a website, web app or mobile app
• A senior engineer with 14+ years of experience building your project, start to finish
• Direct access to me, not an account manager
• Full ownership of your code and content

That last point matters more than it sounds. When the project is done, the code, the design and the content are yours. You can host them anywhere and hire anyone to work on them later, including someone who isn't me.

What I Ask in Return

• Permission to show the finished work and write it up as a case study
• A 30 to 60 second video walkthrough of the project, recorded together at launch
• An honest Google review, only if you're happy with the result

The review is optional and conditional, on purpose. A review you were pushed into isn't worth much to either of us. If the project goes well, I hope you'll say so. If it doesn't, I'd rather hear why.

2. Scope. We agree the scope and a fixed quote, with 30% off our published pricing.
3. Build. I build it and keep you updated throughout.
4. Launch. At launch we record the walkthrough and I write up the case study.

Who It's a Good Fit For

The offer is open to businesses in Metro Vancouver, for website, web app and mobile app projects from our published pricing. It closes once three projects are booked. Check the offer page for current availability.

It's a good fit if you:

• Run a business in Surrey or anywhere in Metro Vancouver
• Have a real project in mind and want to start in the next few months
• Are comfortable with the finished work being shown publicly

It isn't the right fit if your project has to stay confidential. The case study is the whole point of the deal, so a project nobody can see doesn't work for either of us. In that case, our regular pricing still applies, and I'm happy to talk.
